With temperatures up to 1500 degreesF, the Otto Grill use extreme temperatures create the perfect crust to seal in flavor and moisture. The 2 infrared gas burners emit are individually adjustable for precise temperature control. It preheats in 3 minutes, and operates on propane (sold separately). The 12.8" x 10.4" grill grate provides enough space for 2 Porterhouse Steaks and can be adjusted into multiple height slots with the clever lever. Also includes gas hose and dishwasher safe drip tray, grill grate and drip tray tong.
