Damashiro knives are inspired by traditional Japanese craftsman and Samurai sword makers. Characterized by distinctive traditional Damascus on the blade with mottling reminiscent of flowing water. Made from the finest quality Japanese steel. Blade is tapered for a thinner and more precise cutting edge. Engineered and tested to meet Rockwell 53 hardness for optimum performance.
