CEDAR WOOD DUCK HOUSE

This high quality Wood Duck House is constructed of durable cedar and features a 4 inch by 3 inch oval hole. A 1/2 inch air ventilation gap is provided at the top as well as a drain hole at the base. Assembled with screws (not nails) to withstand temperature changes the front panel opens easily for viewing or cleaning. This house comes with wood shavings (bagged inside) for nesting materials and has a 'fledgling ladder' inside front cover. Suggested placement sites are marshes, ponds, and lakes 4 to 10 feet above the surface of water. We recommend mounting boxes in living trees at a height of 10 to 20 feet and within 1/4 mile of water. Fully assembled and ready to mount.
