This model runs on Natural Gas. The family meal takes on a new meaning with the Summit Grill Center. Grilling is more than taste-it's a lifestyle. 6 main burners have a 60,000 BTU-PER-Hour input. The additional 10,600 btu sear station burner will sear your steak to perfection. Adding the smoke flavor is easy with the 6,800 btu smoker burner. Just add wood chips to the smoker box. The dual ring side burner is 27,000 btu's side burner can boil a pot of water, simmer sauces and saute veggies. The rotisserie system has an infrared burner, tuck-away flip up motor and separate spit/forks. 9mm diameter solid stainless steel rod cooking grates and stainless steel flavor bars will hold up to whatever you have grilling. The roomy stainless steel cabinet is large enough to store spices, seasonings, serving platters and grilling accessories. Additional features include lighted control knobs, handle light, tool hooks, and paper towel holder. Includes a 10 foot flexible hose.(Natural gass grills only)
