Clean your Starfrit Maplewood Cutting Board before each use and before cutting different ingredients to avoid cross-contamination to get the best use out of this quality board. It is made from 100 percent Canadian maple and features grooves to capture liquids from meat. Clean with soap and water and remove stains with table salt or scouring pad. Oil with mineral oil after each cleaning.
