The game doesn't start without the coin used by the referee for each games official coin toss. The coin is silver plated and it measures 39mm in diameter. It's minted with the home team logo on the obverse and the NFL shield on the reverse. Each coin is individually numbered on its edge, protected in a clear capsule to preserve its condition, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. It is a limited edition of only 5000, and it's officially licensed by the NFL making it a true collectible.
